Victoria Gastro Pub was founded in December 2007 and named after Victoria Station in London, a stop on the local Metro System that connects the Brighton and Chatham main Metro lines. It is also the name of the Proprietors’ daughter. It is located in Columbia, Maryland and offers a menu of pub classics redone (e.g. Lobster Grilled Cheese) in a sophisticated yet unpretentious style, incorporating the freshest ingredients and seasonal varieties in every unique, high-quality offering. The libations are mainly beer focused with over 250 in the bottle and 24 constant rotating taps. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and, like the food, unpretentious. Victoria is, at its core, a pub—but the rich décor, sophisticated ambiance, and advanced menus (both cuisine and Libations) create their one-of-a-kind gastro experience. They strive to figure out how many ways to say “yes” to a guest and pride themselves on providing the highest quality of service to complement their outstanding menus and property. Victoria was awarded the 2011 Best Wine and Beverage Program of the Year by the Restaurant Association of Maryland.
