2018 Baltimore Beer Legends Hall of Fame luncheon
Baltimore Beer Week will kick-off this year with the 2018 Baltimore Beer Legends Hall of Fame luncheon on Friday October 12th from 11:30am – 1:30pm at The Mt. Washington Tavern, located in the heart of Mt. Washington Village. Mix and mingle with these beer aficianados and enjoy a spectacular lunch paired with Baltimore’s best brews.
This year’s inductees include:
- Rob Kasper author of Baltimore Beer: A Satisfying History of Charm City Brewing who spent 33 years as a feature writer for The Baltimore Sun, winning numerous awards while penning a nationally syndicated column associated with the Baltimore area’s beer and brewing industry.
- Max’s Taphouse
A legendary beer emporium it’s become since converting to a craft beer bar in 1995.
- The National Bohemian brand “Natty Boh” and the Experience of Crabs And Beers.
This iconic brand sets Baltimore apart in the beer community and the “experience” of eating crabs and beer is taking it’s rightful place in the pantheon of Baltimore Beer lore.
Mark your calendars and save the date for October 12th at 3pm! To kick off Baltimore Beer Week in style, we will have a beer you are not going to want to miss out on! Crimson Clouds, a Cranberry Marshmallow Sour IPA inspired by the southern style cranberry marshmallow salad dessert. Tapping will happen at 3pm!
