Take a walk on the wild side with this crash course in wild fermentation. Learn about wild hard cider, mead, and sour beer production, plus how to break all the brewing rules you thought you knew. Join fermentation enthusiast Caiti Sullivan as she discusses how wild fermentation differs from standard homebrewing, methods for starting and managing wild and mixed culture fermentations, and how to have a homebrewing practice like the sour pros.

Caiti Sullivan is an urban homesteader with several years of homebrewing and professional experience with things that bubble. She has a broad wild fermentation homebrewing practice including wild meads, sour cider, kombucha, funky beer, and sometimes blends of all of them together.
